Kintoto started as a Omakase restaurant Sep 2021 and changed as Izakaya( bar) style Japanese restaurant. The kintoto specialize aged sashimi and sushi , in case of salmon is aged 5~7days before use. this special fish aged skill could make it firmer texture and more strong taste.
